Affiliate program terms
These terms apply to participants in Botify's first-party affiliate program. By applying or using a referral link, you agree to this summary and to our general Terms of Service.
Eligibility
Participation is subject to approval. We may reject or revoke affiliates at any time for fraud, brand misuse, or misrepresentation.
Attribution
Referrals are attributed when a new customer signs up within the referral cookie window after visiting your link. First touch at signup wins. Self-referrals and certain same-domain signups may be blocked.
Commissions
Commissions are a percentage of qualifying subscription payments we configure in the product (default 20%), for a limited number of paid billing periods per referred account (default 12). Commissions accrue after Polar reports successful order payment; refunds or chargebacks may void pending amounts.
Payouts
Payouts are processed manually (e.g. PayPal, Wise) unless we later automate them. You are responsible for taxes in your jurisdiction. We may set a minimum balance before payout.
Prohibited promotion
No misleading claims, impersonation of Botify, spyware or cookie stuffing, or promotion on coupon / deal sites without written consent. Paid search on our trademarks may be restricted.
