By accessing or using Botify, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions, then you may not access the service.

2. Use of Service

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under the account. You must not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Content and AI Bots

You retain all rights to the training data you upload. You are solely responsible for the content generated by your AI agents. Botify is not responsible for any misinformation, biased responses, or harm caused by the bots you create and deploy.

• Bots must not be used to generate spam or malicious content.
• You must adhere to Telegram's terms of service if deploying there.
• You must not scrape websites without permission using our tools.

4. Subscription and Payments

Certain features of the Service are provided on a paid basis. By selecting a subscription plan, you agree to pay the fees indicated for that service. Payments will be charged on a pre-pay basis on the day you sign up.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Botify, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use the service.
